What is Blue Tansy oil?
Blue Tansy oil is made from the flowering plant using the process of steam distillation in extracting. This oil is usually known as annual tansy and Morrocan Chamomile – one of the three chamomile oils that are used for oil production. Though, these oils are different from each other, the blue tansy oil has many properties that can also be found in German Chamomile.
About Blue Tansy:- Tanacetum Annum is the botanical name of blue tansy that produces essential oil – which is one of the three chamomile oil. This plant is a member of the Tansy family that is characterized by having a sweet and herbal scent. It usually grows at around 3 feet having multiples of branches.
Blue Tansy Oil:- The blue tansy oil is extracted from the leaves of the wild plant. Most of the blue tansy oil is made in France, Morocco and Spain. The oil has 0.1% – 0.2% for skin care, 0.2% - 1.0% for the body and hair care and up to 4.0% for spot treatment. This oil can also use to combine with other elements such as Lavender and Cistus.
