You can get fragranced room sprays that can be sprayed onto the pillow an hour or so before you go to bed and this can help bring about a more natural and deeper sleep.
If you have lavender growing in your garden then why not pick a couple of sprigs and add them to a bowl of pot pourri or dry them out, place them in little material bags and hang them in wardrobes or drawers to keep your clothes smelling the nice. If you don’t have lavender then you could always sprinkle a couple of drops of lavender essential oils on an old piece of material and leave that there instead.
